An apartment building was built in 1953 and is the architecture monument that is protected by the government. Just 100 meters away there is a Dvorec Respubliki, where you can enjoy nightly concerts and different performances. Behind the building there is a parking. The area is also abound with theatres and art galleries. If you need to take a subway, the subway station is also located in the very building. The building nearby is the central mall GUM where you can buy virtually anything. Drug stores, beauty shops and ATMs are also within the walking distance. Within just 300 meters there are British and French embassies.
